what beat making equipment should i get?
im wanting to make beats,but i need to know what is good.what equipment should i get like a akai or mpc etc.., usb cords(how many) keyboards and other equipment.now i can go a little pricey with this stuff but not extreme price.what is the best that makes great beats and what should i get to go with it.now im just a normal dude i don’t have a studio.i just want a good setup i can have in a room thats what i want a good setup like in a room in the house.i think i know where i could get some samples and loops but if you guys know where i could get some tell me.thanks! i like beats that are dark sounding or epic and down south style if that helps any.(but im into making other beats as well) oh and what kind of laptop or pc is good with working with beats.can i use any computer? thanks again.
MPC’s are made by Akai and I would recommend one of those if you have the money for it (it will come with all the needed cords). You need a keyboard, and a PC would be best, usually an HP with a good amount of ram. Dont even mess with garage band. If you can afford it, get Pro Tools as well.
